Forever Arctic Sea

Forever Arctic Sea is Forever's 'supplement of the sea'. It is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. Our body needs these fatty acids, but can't produce them itself. Omega 3 fatty acids have a beneficial effect on the heart. DHA is also good for the brain and vision. These beneficial effects are obtained with a minimum daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.

The fish oil we use comes from sources that are certified and comply with the rules of the independent organization 'Friend of the Sea'.
