Forever Arctic Sea
Forever Arctic Sea is Forever's 'supplement of the sea'. It is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. Our body needs these fatty acids, but can't produce them itself. Omega 3 fatty acids have a beneficial effect on the heart. DHA is also good for the brain and vision. These beneficial effects are obtained with a minimum daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.
The fish oil we use comes from sources that are certified and comply with the rules of the independent organization 'Friend of the Sea'. In addition, numerous quality tests are carried out to ensure quality, purity and safety. This way you can be sure that you have a good product in your hands with Arctic Sea.
Omega 3 is mostly found in fish. EPA and DHA are found in a lot of oily fish such as salmon, mackerel and herring. The Health Council advises eating fish at least once a week, preferably oily fish. But maybe it’s impossible to incorporate fish into your weekly routine or you don’t eat fish. In that case, Forever Arctic Sea is a good addition to your diet.

USAGE
Take 2 capsules with water three times a day with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Seal the package tightly and store in a cool, dry place. Do not use when the seal under the cap is broken or missing.
