When mixed with milk, Forever Lite Ultra forms a tasty protein-rich drink that fits well as part of an F.I.T program. These shakes are available in two different flavors and contain vitamins, minerals and non-genetically modified soy protein. Soy is a low-fat protein and lactose-free. USAGE
• Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place
• Do not use if package is torn or otherwise damaged
Best before end: see packaging. Mix 25 grams of Forever Lite Ultra with 300 ml of milk or water. The supplied dosing scoop helps you to easily make a mix, use the line on the inside for the scoop. Use skimmed cow's milk or soy milk for your shake. You can also mix it with almond milk, coconut milk or water. Choose what you like and add fruit if you want.
